New Graduates

For those graduating from selected graduate and management programs, we maintain a robust analyst program:

  • Work with senior leaders in the industry

  • Gain first hand experience in deal execution

  • Specialize in high-growth sectors, with career opportunities among our portfolio companies

Analyst requirements include:

  • Previous experience in IB, PE, consulting, or asset management

  • Available GPA ranking among their graduating class

  • Strong quantitative skills (financial statement analysis, valuation, modeling)

  • Substantial experience working in Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint

  • Self-starting work ethic

  • Fluency in English, with one of Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese recommended

  • Ability for international travel on short notice

For those without financial industry experience, but have substantial expertise and entrepreneurial backgrounds in the below sectors, we encourage you to join our community of Sector Mavericks. Sector Mavericks are a community of experts that are offered short-term consulting engagements with our portfolio companies to solve specific, time-critical challenges. Additionally, Mavericks are also solicited for leadership roles in our emerging companies, and are provided additional networking opportunities.
