New Graduates
For those graduating from selected graduate and management programs, we maintain a robust analyst program:
Work with senior leaders in the industry
Gain first hand experience in deal execution

Analyst requirements include:
Previous experience in IB, PE, consulting, or asset management
Available GPA ranking among their graduating class
Strong quantitative skills (financial statement analysis, valuation, modeling)
Substantial experience working in Excel (including VBA) and PowerPoint
Self-starting work ethic
Fluency in English, with one of Spanish, French, Mandarin, Japanese recommended
Ability for international travel on short notice
